Refund policy

At Select Surfaces, every countertop is custom fabricated to your project's exact specifications. Because our countertops and installation services are custom-made, these purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Please thoroughly review your project details with your Select Surfaces representative before placing your order. We are happy to answer any questions to ensure you are confident in your selections.

Select products, including sinks and faucets, may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, never installed, and in their original packaging.

Approved returns may be subject to a manufacturer or supplier restocking fee. Special-order products and custom-ordered accessories may not be eligible for return.
