You are welcome to visit anytime. If you have specific work that needs to be done or would like one on one assistance with selections, we will gladly schedule time for a Countertop Specialist to work just with you.

We get asked this question every day. The realistic answer is… If you are ready to go, it would be possible to have new countertops in 2-3 weeks. This is considering there are no surprises at the field measure, material is in stock and you have all your selections made.

A tip to help things run smooth would be to purchase your sink and faucet with your countertop. We have verified all cutouts for sinks and faucets that we supply, which can have a large impact on the lead-time.

This is a personal preference. We can guide you through both options and share our experience with you. That being said, we are large proponents of Quartz. We have installed and provided both for over 25 years. In our experience Quartz countertops are easy to care for and have very few issues after installation.

We guarantee everything for LIFE, which means we receive call backs when concerns arise. We love that Quartz countertops will look and perform the same in 10 years as they do the day they are installed. Natural Stone will show its age, especially if you do not follow suggested maintenance.

Select Surfaces guarantees the workmanship on everything we install, for life. All quartz brands we work with do have a material warranty as well. Natural Stone is sold as-is. This doesn’t mean we will leave you hanging; however, there are not always fixes for things like chips, scratches and stains, when it comes to Natural Stone.

NOOOOOO!!!!!! There is a huge misconception in the marketplace about quartz. Never fear. We will help you understand the differences and guide you to the product that is right for you.

We only work with quality Quartz countertops, because we want you to love your countertop, for LIFE.

Sometimes. With stone countertop, we are limited to the size of the slab, which can vary from product to product. We also need to consider access to your home. When we field measure we take access measurements to let us know the largest piece size we can fit in each space.

Sometimes, due to access, very large pieces can be dangerous to maneuver. We consider many points before agreeing to build seamless countertops. If this is important to you let us know and we’ll do what we can to make this happen.

You might see or feel seams. We use state-of-the-art technology when installing seams. We call them Leveling Paddles.

Essentially, as the seam adhesive cures, the paddles vacuum-suck two pieces together while leveling the surface of the stone. This allows us to provide beautiful seams that blend in nicely with your countertops. We have seams in our showrooms that you can touch and feel.

Quartz countertops are non-porous. You only need a mild soap and water for daily cleaning. It’s that simple. If you choose a Natural Stone, we also recommend sealing your countertop regularly
