Eric and Michael spent about 2 hours here today and did far more than we expected; all under the original warranty you gave us.  Their customer service was exceptional in every way.  My wife also  filled out a google customer service report on this service to confirm this.  Your company has been here twice since you installed the counter 14 years ago and your service has been exceptional at each visit.  You can be assured that I will pass this info on to others!
